• Kitchen Intake & Contact Records: When you submit an on-site scan booking or contact us, we receive your name, restaurant brand, city, phone number, email address, and menu specifications.
• Culinary 3D Assets: Raw photogrammetry photographs, GLB/USDZ digital twins, and logos provided during restaurant onboarding are securely archived exclusively for your project.
• No Sensitive Credentials: We never store consumer payment passwords or unencrypted banking credentials on our web servers.
3. Device Telemetry & WebGL Optimization
To ensure sub-200ms WebGL rendering across mobile devices, we evaluate non-identifiable hardware telemetry:
• GPU & WebGL Capabilities: Screen resolution, viewport scale, and mobile OS (iOS ARKit / Android ARCore support).
• Session Cookies: Used strictly to remember theme choices and 3D turntable interaction states without tracking third-party browsing.
4. Infrastructure & CDN Partners
• Indian Edge CDN Delivery: High-speed asset caching for sub-1.5MB 3D food models.

5. 3D Model Ownership Rights
Custom 3D photogrammetry models (GLB/USDZ format) digitized for client restaurants become the exclusive intellectual property of the respective restaurant client upon settlement of invoice fees.
