PlateSight was founded with a singular conviction: when an executive chef pours 14 hours into perfecting a plate, presenting it as a blurry 2D PDF on a diner’s phone is a disservice. We built a portable optical photogrammetry laboratory that turns physical dishes into lightweight, photorealistic 3D digital twins for dining tables.
